Tai salad Low Calorie


Description What we need:

400 gr. fillet of beef into thin slices
75 grams. lettuce salad
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced ​​(small onion)
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/3 cup (20 g.) Chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup (20 g.) Chopped fresh mint
For Dressing
1.5 tbsp fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 small fresh red chilli, finely chopped without seeds







How we do it:

Pepper the beef.
Ointment a pan with little oil. When it is very hot pan, add the meat and leave for 3-4 minutes on each side (the slices are cut so thin will cook quickly. Transfer it to a plate and leave for 10 minutes to rest before we cut it into thin oblong pieces.
While the beef rests, put them in a saucepan the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and chopped chili over very low heat until sugar dissolves. When sugar dissolves winks and keep it up to keep warm.
In a bowl, toss the salad, onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander and mint and spread on a platter.
Spread the sliced ​​beef on top of the salad and pour the hot dressing to go anywhere.
Serve immediately!
